Achieving a high level of quality and increased screening yield with low space requirements and energy consumption was the motivation behind the development of the assonic high-performance vortex screen SONIC SPEED SCREEN™ RoSM series.
Our screen baskets made of sintered stainless steel laminate or stainless steel mesh (20–5,000 µm) enable highly efficient screening of fine non-metallic powders. Direct ultrasonic and linear impact excitation of the screen basket eliminates boundary layer resistance, ensures effective self-cleaning, and increases throughput by 1.5 to 10 times.
The coarse particles (foreign bodies, oversize grain or dedusted material) are discharged via a discharge pipe (NW 150) into a customer-side receiving container or into further processes.
APPLICATION:
The RoSM-700 ensures loosening, gentle mixing, and precise sieving of large quantities of non-metallic powders in a compact process module. Agglomerates are reliably reduced, significantly reducing the oversize particle content. Thanks to customized paddle geometries, variable speeds, and low-frequency digital ultrasonic excitation, the system can be optimally tailored to the product's properties.
Thanks to the pull-out and swivel unit, changing colors or products is quick and easy. The compact design allows for straightforward integration into existing systems – including the control system.
Available in food-grade versions as well as ATEX versions for Zone 20 and 22.
