RoSL-700

The RoSL-700 enables the continuous processing of large volumes of liquid, making it ideal for high-throughput industrial applications. The variable rotor speed generates the necessary centrifugal forces to precisely adjust performance to the respective process.

A particularly high filtrate throughput is achieved through ultrasonic excitation of the screen basket – even with very fine mesh sizes. In addition, low-frequency excitation further increases throughput.

The RoSL-700 can be optimally adjusted to different products: By selecting different mesh sizes for the screen basket from 20 to 2000 μm and different paddle geometries, the process can be flexibly adapted. For dewatering applications, the combination of a fine screen and high centrifugal force results in very dry solids that are efficiently separated.

APPLICATION:

The system is ideal for clarifying and thickening suspensions, as well as for dewatering to specifically recover the dry solids. This versatile application makes the process particularly effective in processes where both the liquid and solid phases are to be utilized or further processed.

The system impresses with its compact dimensions, easy cleaning, high process transparency and robust material selection, making it ideal for flexible use in laboratory or production environments.
