RoSL-300
Ultrasonic-assisted cross-flow filtration combines state-of-the-art technology with high efficiency, offering a safe and cost-effective solution for liquid clarification—especially for small to medium throughputs. Driven by ultrasound and centrifugal forces, this process enables the removal of suspended solids across a wide particle spectrum from 5 to 2000 micrometers.
Thanks to the innovative technology, neither backwashing nor changing the screens is required. This not only significantly reduces maintenance requirements but also lowers energy consumption. The compact design ensures a small footprint and makes the system particularly space-saving.
Another advantage is the durability of the filter media used. The rotor can be flexibly adjusted to the properties and sensitivity of the media to ensure optimal filtration results. Both the filter screen and the machine housing are made of high-quality stainless steel, ensuring high durability and hygiene.
The patented process uses sieve elements made of sintered filter fabrics and sets new standards in efficient and sustainable liquid clarification.
APPLICATION:
The RoSL-300 enables continuous filtration from a particle size of 5 micrometers and is ideal for sludge thickening or dewatering applications. This significantly increases the solids content of the sludge, facilitating efficient further processing or disposal.
The dehydration of solids, fibers, and pellets is also one of the key areas of application. The targeted removal of liquid from solid materials reduces their volume and optimizes handling.
The filter units and strainers used are made of highly corrosion-resistant alloys, ensuring a long service life and high durability even under aggressive operating conditions. This makes the system ideal for demanding industrial processes where reliability and efficiency are paramount.
The RoSL 300 is also available as a mobile unit and is ideal for use in the laboratory. Its open design provides good visibility into the process and is also easy to clean. It can be operated either manually or seamlessly integrated into existing processes.
