assonic SPC 500 – Closed powder circuit with full inertization
The assonic SPC 500 is a specially developed system for screening and conveying metal powders in a closed circuit. It ensures consistently high powder quality, reduces the risk of contamination, and minimizes powder losses. Optional full inerting allows the entire process to be operated under protective gas (e.g., argon), which increases safety and prevents powder oxidation.
This makes the SPC 500 particularly suitable for demanding applications in additive manufacturing, powder metallurgy and wherever the highest demands are placed on purity, safety and process stability.
