CSM-300
Our CSM series has been specially developed for medium-sized powder quantities with continuous coarse grain discharge. Even the smallest mesh sizes from 20 μm can be sieved.
Batch sizes are becoming increasingly smaller, even in the process engineering industry. For use in fine bar screening, for processing individual batches, and for laboratory use, we have developed the new, compact screening machine for the effective processing of fine and difficult products.
Both the CSM 300 and its big sister 500 are ideal for increasing productivity with a quick return on investment.
APPLICATION:
The CSM 300 is a compact screening machine for the efficient processing of fine and demanding products – ideal for small batches, laboratories, and fine dust screening. Equipped with screens made of sintered stainless steel laminate or stainless steel mesh (20–1,000 µm), it enables optimized screening performance with minimal space requirements.
Interfacial resistance between the powder and the screen basket mesh is effectively eliminated. Ultrasound and linear impactors with self-cleaning properties ensure consistent screening quality. Screen basket excitation is specifically tailored to the powder properties of the respective product, supported by digital ultrasonic generators.
The CSM 300 can be easily integrated into existing systems and is available with either basic or fully automated configurations. It is available in food-safe (EHEDG) and ATEX (Zone 20, 22) versions – perfect for demanding, sensitive processes.
