CSM-500
Our CSM series has been specially developed for medium-sized powder quantities with continuous coarse grain discharge. Even the smallest mesh sizes from 20 μm can be sieved.
Batch sizes are also becoming smaller in the process engineering industry.
For use in fine screening, for the processing of individual batches and for use in the laboratory, we have developed the new, compact screening machine for the effective processing of fine and difficult products.
Both the CSM-500 and its little brother, the CSM-300, are ideal for increasing productivity with a quick return on investment.
APPLICATION:
The CSM 500 is a compact screening machine for the efficient processing of fine and demanding products – ideal for larger batches, dental laboratories, and fine dust screening. Equipped with screens made of sintered stainless steel laminate or stainless steel mesh (20–1,000 µm), it enables optimized screening performance with minimal space requirements.
Interfacial resistance between the powder and the screen basket mesh is effectively eliminated. Ultrasound, linear conveying, and linear impactors with self-cleaning properties ensure consistent screening quality. Screen basket excitation is specifically tailored to the powder properties of the respective product, supported by digital ultrasonic generators.
The CSM-500 can be easily integrated into existing systems and is available with either basic or fully automated control (SPC Comfort). It is available in an ATEX version (Zone 20, 22) – perfect for demanding and reactive processes.
