SPC Comfort
The holistic, fully automated industrial solution for large powder quantities and high efficiency. With fully automated integration of external machines such as additive manufacturing systems, the SPC-Comfort offers safe and fast powder handling.
The end-to-end powder process covers the entire material flow of the metal powder in pre- and post-processing of this integrated and fully automated solution. With SPC-Comfort, assonic also offers an integrated solution for reactive powders.
Thanks to the SPC-Comfort, excess powder can be processed safely and securely without powder spillage, which is then collected, sieved, dried, and then returned to the process. A dry process atmosphere is reliably guaranteed, as is compliance with increasing occupational safety requirements.
APPLICATION:
At 800x1200 mm, the SPC-Comfort is very compact compared to conventional tumbler and vibrating screens. This facilitates integration into existing systems. Thanks to its compact frame, the SPC-Comfort is open on all sides and easily accessible.
